Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside of regular business days will begin processing on the next available working day.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After an order has been dispatched, delivery times generally fall within the following ranges:

  • Standard Delivery: approximately 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Delivery: approximately 3–7 business days (when available)
  • International Delivery: approximately 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are determined at checkout and may vary according to factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can take up to 48 hours to become available within the carrier’s system.

Customs and Import Fees

For shipments sent internationally, customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the matter and seek an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout. If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours so we can attempt to update the information before shipment.
